When you use our eligibility quiz, we do not collect any personal information until you voluntarily submit your contact details. Quiz answers are processed entirely in your browser.

If you choose to save your results or request a consultation, we collect: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and US state. We also store a hashed version of your IP address (never your actual IP) for security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information to: deliver your quiz results via email, connect you with immigration professionals you request, and send you relevant updates if you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. IP addresses are hashed before storage. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Our database uses row-level security policies.

Your Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Contact us to exercise this right. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use session storage (not persistent cookies) to temporarily store your quiz progress. We use Google Tag Manager for analytics, which may set cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
